Celebrity Status – A Snoop Movie And Harry Potter Turns 25

Millie Bobby Brown was among the stars remembering former costar Kaylee Hottle, just hours after her death. The two costarred in 2021’s Godzilla vs. Kong. Hottle, who was just 18, was a passenger in a single-vehicle collision early yesterday morning in Maryland, and died en route to the hospital. The crash is currently under investigation, and excessive speed is believed to be a contributing factor.
Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt’s daughter Vivienne is the latest of their children to drop their father’s last name. Vivienne signed the name change petition on the day she turned 18, becoming the fourth of their kids to do so.
Malcolm-Jamal Warner’s widow is suing his mother as they marked the one-year anniversary of his death this week. Tenisha Warner filed lawsuits in California and Georgia against Pamela Warner, who is trustee of her late son’s estate. She is seeking $1.2 million from her husband’s trust allegedly in accordance with a premarital agreement.
Snoop Dogg is getting a movie. “Snoop,” an R-rated movie about his life will hit theatres on Aug. 6th of next year. Universal Pictures describes it as the “definitive biopic of the artist, mogul and icon of gangsta rap.” “Outer Banks” star Jonathan Daviss is set to portray Snoop Dogg.
And to celebrate its 25th anniversary, the first Harry Potter movie is coming back to theaters around the world. In fact, from Aug. 27 to Sept. 3, fans can see all eight Harry Potter films in theaters again, and Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone aka Philosopher’s Stone, will include 12 minutes of new behind-the-scenes footage. Tickets go on sale July 31st, which just happens to be Harry Potter’s birthday.
