Michael Jackson fans get first look at a trailer of the new MJ bio-pic ‘Michael’, with his nephew — Jermaine’s son Jaafar Jackson — — playing him. The movie traces his journey from the Jackson Five to solo super stardom. Look for it in theatres April 24, 2026
At the movies this weekend, Sydney Sweeney gets in the ring for the boxing biopic “Christy,” the true story of Christy Martin. Plus, Jennifer Lawrence and Robert Pattinson star in the adaptation of ‘Die My Love’. And in ‘Predator: Badlands’ a runt Predator outcast (Dimitrius Schuster-Koloamatangi) teams up with a synth (Elle Fanning) to battle for survival.
In future movie news, ‘KPop Demon Hunters is getting a sequel. It’s aiming for a 2029 release on Netflix
The Hello Kitty animated movie is in the works, releasing July 2028… and “Cocomelon: The Movie” will toddle its way onto the big screen in 2027.
‘Pluribus’, from Breaking Bad creator Vince Gilligan, comes to Apple TV today. The main character, played by Rhea Seehorn, is one of only eleven people in the world immune to an unexplained virus that transforms the world’s population into content and optimistic citizens.
